Recruitment and placement of qualified, experienced nurses (RN, LPN), certified nurse aids (CNA), certified medication aids (CMA) and more
Recruitment and placement for temporary or permanent positions, full-time or part-time, including PRN and short-term contracting
Fully vetted candidates to ensure they are experienced, state-licensed and certified
Agency staffing for all shifts – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including 24/7 on-call support

I’ve been with Advena Healthcare Staffing for seven years and have worked in several positions during the growth of this organization. My current focus is on scheduling open shifts and placing staff in the right positions to help companies be successful. My organizational skills and ability to multi-task and handle distractions well has led me to developing a proven process of scheduling.

Prior to AHS I was in property management. My professional track has helped me break out of my shell and become more outgoing, as I talk to a lot of people every day.

I have seven children total and two at home. I spend most of my time going to sporting events, concerts and travelling softball for my girls.

My role is to make sure things run smoothly. I oversee day-to-day operations and provide the support needed to our AHS team, employees and clients. I ensure HR policies are being communicated and followed, and that the hiring process is seamless.

I think that being organized is key for a human relations position. I always think things through from start to finish, crossing things off on my checklist as I complete them.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my two kids, drink wine with friends and participate in obstacle course challenges.
